To do list for new stores in EU

You need to go through this process if you are new to the system.

Here is a list of the different steps you need to go through to have a store ready for opening.

Regarding the timeline, setting up credit card agreements usually takes a few weeks, so start this process immediately. It can be quite messy to open without a card agreement.

The setup of WeCircle can usually be completed quickly, but we prefer to start well in advance so the process does not become stressful.


General to-do’s for a new store (system related)

Creation of company registration number and bank agreement (required in order to establish card agreements).

  2. Creation of an online card agreement. We recommend using Stripe outside of Denmark and Norway.

  3. An agreement with Verifone regarding terminal and card setup must be made. Contact us about this and we will help you move forward.

  4. Purchase of hardware (see below).

  5. Purchase of labels. We use Mikkel Stilling from MPH Nordic, phone +45 31420033.
    Labels measure 60×32 mm, but he knows exactly which ones are needed and the correct adhesive etc.
    We also purchase alarms, pins, tagging guns etc. from him. In our experience he is always fair to deal with.

  6. Purchase of receipt rolls. These are standard 8 cm width.


Hardware purchase

Below is the minimum hardware required to use WeCircle:

POS computer

  • Must run at least Windows 10

  • Preferably have minimum three USB ports (scanner, receipt printer, label printer)

Barcode scanner

  • USB model: Zebra DS2008

  • Wireless model: Zebra DS2278 (we also recommend the dock)

Label printer

  • Zebra ZD411 (USB)

  • Zebra ZD410 (USB)

Receipt printer

  • Epson TM-T20III (USB)

  • Metapace T3ii (USB)

  • Metapace T40

Cash drawer

  • Any electronic cash drawer

Process after agreement is signed

WeCircle sets up your store site

Users are created in the system

Each user has their own email login. There are two permission levels:

  • Admin: Access to all modules, finance, dashboards etc.

  • Store login: Access to all daily functions, but not settings, financial data or the payout module.

Booking setup together with WeCircle

Stand types and stands will be configured correctly.

Additional integrations will also be configured

  • Bank integration so payouts are set up in advance

  • Integration with the online acquirer (Stripe)

  • Setup related to ERP systems

WeCircle installs WeCircle POS and LabelPrint on the hardware

  • On all computers we install a program that allows us to provide remote support when needed.
